  1. How often will I receive books?
    You can receive them monthly or bi-monthly.

  2. How much are the shipments?
    Prices vary by series. Please click on the "Find out more" button of your series and then click on the "terms and conditions" link if you would like to see the price.

  3. Can I receive books from more than 1 series?
    Yes

  4. Do I have to pay by credit card or can I pay after I receive the books?
    You can pay either way.

  5. Do you have a list of all of the titles in my series?
    We do have backlists of available titles.

  6. I don’t read very fast. What is the longest interval I can have between shipments?
    Every other month.

  7. How old do you have to be to enroll?
    18

  8. Can I return any shipment that I do not like for credit?
    Yes.

  9. Do you take payments over the phone?
    Yes - We accept MasterCard or Visa. You can also pay your account on-line by going to ReaderService.com and clicking on "My Account".

  10. Do I have to purchase a certain amount of books?
    No - You are not obligated to purchase a certain number of books and you may cancel at any time.

  11. Can I switch to a different series of books?
    Yes - Contact Customer Service and we would be happy to make the change for you.

Have you been getting your continuity shipments for awhile?

  1. When will my favorite author’s next book be out?
    Please contact Customer Service for a list of upcoming books by your favorite author or you can see all the upcoming titles across all series on the back page of your Reader Service newsletter.

  2. I got an out of stock on a book. Will it be reissued?
    Call back periodically to check on availability.

  3. Will there be any new items coming out in the Bonus Bucks catalog?
    We do change items in the Bonus Bucks catalog. The new catalogs are included in the Simply Books™ Magazine or are available on ReaderService.com.

  4. Can I change to a different series?
    Yes, please call our Customer Service department at 1-800-873-8635 to do so.

  5. Will you be publishing more series in larger print?
    The new Harlequin® Heartwarming Larger Print series and Harlequin® Medical Romance Larger Print series are now available.

  6. Can I get my monthly shipments any faster?
    No.

  7. Can I pay for a subscription for a relative?
    No.

Are you using "My Account" for the first time?

  1. Do I have to become a member of Harlequin.com to access "My Account"?
    Yes, you do have to become a member of the Harlequin.com website and do an easy one time registration. Once you register you will use this information to sign into "My Account".

  2. Are we able to view our account information?
    Yes, you are able to view the shipping dates for your recent shipments.

  3. Do you accept online payments?
    Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard payments.

  4. How do I become an Harlequin.com member?
    You may go to the website at www.Harlequin.com. Click on the "Sign In" link located at the top of the home page. Access the "Not Signed Up?” section, and follow the necessary steps to become a member.

  5. I see balances owing but my payment total shows zero, why?
    Be sure to check the box on the right of the order balance to include it in your checkout.

  6. Can I pay for my cancelled Harlequin.com orders?
    No, you would have to contact Customer Service at 1-888-432-4879 to process these orders with a credit card.

  7. My credit card payment failed.
    Please contact your credit card provider to determine why the credit card was declined.
